KOYLA KARAHI BIRYANI | INGREDIENT & RECIPE
Ingredients:
Chicken 2 kg
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 2 kg
Green chilies 8-10
Clarified butter: 3 cups
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Coal 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1-1 / 2 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Green coriander 3 bunch
Ingredient For Rice:
Rice 3 kg
Salt to taste
Mix all spice 1 tbsp
Screw pine essence few drops
Yellow food color 2 pinches
Milk 4 tbsp
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with yogurt. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and 2 cups of water to cook. Add chicken fry well. Add green chilies, chaat masala, lemon juice and green coriander. Apply smoke of coal and left for five minutes. Boiled rice with salt, screwpine essence and allspice powder and sieve it. Heat oil add half water and rice. Add chicken mixture and remaining rice with milk (dissolve yellow food color) mix well. Add remaining ghee to rice left for simmer and serve after dish out.
